PROJECT IS A SPECIFIC ACTIVITY ON WHICH MONEY IS SPENT IS THE EXPECTATION OF RETURN

SPECIFIC STARTING POINT.A SPECIFIC END POINT AND IT IS INTENDED TO ACHIEVE A SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE

PROJECT HAS A SPECIFIC GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION AND WOULD SERVE A GROUP OF POPULATION

SPECIFIC AUTHORITY TO IMPLEMENT IT
