2.     PERSONAL FACTORS:-FLEXIBILITY OR RIGIDITY
3.     SOCIAL FACTORS:-HOW THE CHANGE IS PERCEIVED BY THE GROUP TO WHICH THE EMPLOYEE BELONG.IF THE PROPOSED CHANGE IS CONFLICTING WITH THE NORMS AND VALUES OF THE GROUP. IT WILL BE TOUGH FOR MANAGEMENT TO INTRODUCE CHANGES .BUT IF ACCORDING TO THE NORMS IT WILL BE ACCEPTED MORE QUICKLY
Ø  OPTIONS WITH EMPLOYEES IN ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE
1.     REJECTION: WHEN THE CHANGE IS PERCEIVED AS DESTRUCTIVE. THE EMPLOYEES SHOW ACTIVE RESISTANCE AND LEAVE THE JOB BY RESIGNING
2.     RESISTANCE:-RESISTANCE CAN BE OPEN OR COVERT.OPEN RESISTANCE CAN BE OBSERVED
3.     TOLERANCE:-NEUTRAL ABOUT THE CHANGE
4.     ACCEPTANCE:-VIEWED POSITIVELY AND ACCEPTED WITH COOPERATION AND ENTHUSIATIC
